Natasha Vanyj is a god send.
I have dealt with various agents at Qube residential and all of which have said contradictory information. Natasha Vanyj on the other hand was very professional and restored my confidence in Qube residential. We are signing another 12 month agreement and it is down to Natasha Vanyj alone.

Really positive experience! Cannot fault! Love love loved my home and time at Adelphi Wharf!!!
I've lived in the Adelphi Wharf buidling for nearly 2 years and have LOVED my entire time here. There was a little bit of confusion about which apartment I asked for when I first moved in but this was rectified immediately and good, professional contact was maintained throughout the discrepancy. Tom Hubber was really helpful and friendly during my moving in process! Other than that small blip, I've absolutely loved it! The building itself is nice, my studio apartment was very modern and had everything I needed. I always felt safe and never once had issues with missing parcels as I have experienced at other places. I was consistently impressed by Sean Walsh's communication and help. Any queries I had were responded to within the day and even when there were small issues out of Qube Residentials control (Beko - broken washing machine), Sean did everything in his power to help and get the problem fixed. My neighbours were also lovely and the building was always so peaceful. I really loved my time at Adelphi Wharf and only moved on because of a change of job/location. I would definitely recommend choosing Qube Residential Lettings as an estate agent to help find your new home! A big thank you to the team. You helped to make my first time living alone an absolutely amazing experience. Thank you!!!

Positive experience
My overall experience of Qube Residential has been positive, with clear instructions and documentation. I was able to arrange for a friend to pick up my keys on my behalf; I was moving in on a weekend but Qube only work weekdays. This was an easy process. I felt that my key contact (consultant) was very busy but they were reactive to my queries and needs in a professional and friendly manner. We dealt with each other mainly via email and WhatsApp which made it easy to maintain an official line of communication and an easier mobile method of communication, too. The documentation has been clear throughout.
