Would highly recommend!
I've been working with Qube to help find student residents to live in our Private Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) buildings in Salford, Birmingham and Newcastle. As we were the first PBSA that Qube worked with, the team were so attentive in learning our new ways of working as our bookings, tenancies and offering does vary from that of a normal HMO scheme. Dave, Kim, Tom and the wider team have not only been fundamental in the success of our new properties that have opened in both Salford and Birmingham, but have supported myself and the true Student team in coming out of this crazy year in a positive and strong position. I look forward to see what our partnership brings for the next academic year of sales! A special mention to Tom Hubber - The feedback we have received from our new guests that have booked with us via his support and referral have only lovely things to tell. They claim that he was really informative, friendly and supportive. Helping our students place a booking with us. From my side of things, I've worked really closely with Tom and he's always on hand to assist me with any of my weird and wonderful requests. He's helped me and the team massively, as he's helped get students to sign their tenancy contracts and even pay their rent. Thank you Qube team - now let’s see what our future partnership brings!

Smooth process - Totally recommend
Recently moved in to a property with Qube. Bethany was fab and ensured the process was seamless and stress free. Virtually viewing the property was different but bethany provided detailed videos and was able to answer all questions quickly. Thank you

Very nice

Flat rent in Salford
I’ve recently rented a flat with Qube and it was a really smooth experience. I was able to go through the whole process entirely online and it was quick and smooth, Bethany helped me with all my questions and so did Tom at move in. Recommended!

Review of the agent and agency

Qube residentials - Manchester
Rheann was very helpful from the beginning, and enabled the whole process of renting to go smoothly. Everything finished extremely fast. She replied very quickly to all my questions, both on phone and through emails. The whole experience was very stress free and pleasant. I feel like at home since the first day in my new flat, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Rheann and the whole Qube Residentials staff. I would highly recommend her as an agent and the whole agency to everyone looking for a new home!

Seamless process
From the moment I saw the apartment till when I moved in, it was a seamless process. Bethany ensured all my documentation was sorted in a timely manner and I had all the information I needed. She answered all my questions and made arrangements to get me my key in a way that worked with my schedule. I would recommended her and her team.
