Tom Hubber makes it easy

Manchester is awash with slick, silver-tongued lettings agents (strangely all wearing the same shoes, coats, and hair-gel) but Tom is a nice guy, free of the usual bullshit. The development I'm renting in has its problems, but Tom has always been straightforward about the limitations and how to handle them, which is all I really want. He's very quick to reply to my questions, and overall has made the rental experience much less stressful than it could have been.

Seamless transition from my old house to my new flat. Very professional service from Tom and the team, always on hand to help with all my queries and problems. Tom Hubber - experience with Qube

The process with Qube has been seamless from first engaging with Tom when I moved into 605 Bridgwater gate over a year ago. I have since moved to a property in the same building and again the process was easy and stress free. Every request has been responded to quickly, if there are issues raised with the property they are addressed straight away. Cannot complain! Big shoutout to Tom for all his help!

Excellent Agent that helped me find what I was looking for

Tom was excellent to work throughout the process of applying and moving into my new flat. I first went view a different property with him and during our discussions he recommended we go to see another on close by that may fit my needs better. This was great to se and ended up working better for me in the end. Throughout the process the communication has been excellent. I have never felt in the dark about anything at any point. Emails were responded to in a timely manner and the the application process was made easy and simple. I’d highly recommend to anyone.
