Qube Residential Lettings is managing a couple of our properties. We are based in Dubai and it is vital to have a reliable managing agent to manage the properties and look after our interest. I rented an apartment from Qube Residential in Northill Apartments for about 1 year. They always addressed my issues promtly, although I didn't have many whilst living here. Kane, the property manager has always been helpful during my tenancy. The apartment itself was also lovely despite issues with the surrounding building sites. I left it as clean and tidy as I could and did not receive any suprise charges.

New tenant here, Bethany assisted us through the whole process and from viewings to our move in date she was fab. She was always on time, provided all the information and the process was very smooth. She answered all of my questions to the best of the ability. Property is in Bridgewater point, good condition and all inventory was there. Had to replace shower bar when we moved in & engineer came within 48 hours and replaced it really quickly. QUBE residential always answer the phones quickly and always seem very polite on the phone. Would recommend !

New tenant here, so cannot review based on a full tenancy term, however Bethany assisted me and my friend through the entire move in process from viewings, to referencing and up to the day of moving in and she was amazing. As a very anxious tenant due to awful experiences from other letting agents I always need to know the plan of action and like to be kept thoroughly informed at all times. Bethany was always available at the other end of the line had I had any queries in regard to the tenancy which really calmed my nerves! Communication was 10/10 and myself and my friend knew what we needed to do in plenty of time in advance which helped us be more prepared. My parking permit was issued and posted through my letterbox within the same hour that requested it which was just amazing, (having said it has taken past letting agents *philip james* 6 months to provide me with one…..Like I said, we can’t speak or review based off what it’s like dealing with QUBE as a long term tenant, however the move in process has been absolutely top notch which has filled me with full confidence that we will no doubt be looked after throughout this next 12 months , and we cannot thank Bethany enough!

Rheann helped us alot with our move from start to finish. friendly and fully transparent with all the details of the tenancy at different stages, knows the answers to all questions I had and replied quickly on email and when I called her. Great lettings agents, the whole process of finding our flat was quick and simple, and was made to feel welcome on our move in day! They definitely know what they're doing!

Rheann was very helpful from the beginning, and enabled the whole process of renting to go smoothly. Everything finished extremely fast. She replied very quickly to all my questions, both on phone and through emails. The whole experience was very stress free and pleasant.
