I have been using Qube now to rent out my property in Manchester, and I am extremely pleased with the level of care and support they offer their landlords. I highly recommended them both , Good at explaining and showing tenants where things are like the bin rooms , stop taps for the water so tenants know what to do. Really helpful and knowledgeable & friendly , good communication with myself and the tenant's.
