Qube residential has managed to rent out our 2BR apartment in Manchester /Salford reasonably quickly considering all factors involved. I have been using Qube to let out and manage my property in Manchester since I first bought it. When I look at all the businesses I deal with in my day to day life, I think they are one of the best. Over the last year I've experienced a few issues with the property that took months to resolve. The Property Management team (mainly Bethany) were brilliant and did everything they could to assist. Every time I contact them they are responsive and helpful, basically everthing I could ask for. For more periodic things, the Finance team (led by Lydia) are also excellent, answering any queries I have and dealing with them promptly. The same goes for lettings who I feel are totally on top of things whenever the search starts for a new tenant. Overall I am extremely happy with Qube and the service that they provide to me. I would recommend them to anyone.
