I recently had two of my properties managed by Qube Lettings and management Manchester. I have had such positive experience with them. They managed to find tenants so quickly. I live in London and the coordination with them was so seamless. Especially Adam Wolstenholme who went beyond his responsibility in coordinating with the furnishing vendors for me. I will definitely recommend Qube Residential.

Reply from Qube Residential Manchester: Thank you so much for the kind words — and for trusting us with both properties. We're thrilled the process felt seamless even managing things remotely from London. We'll be sure to pass this on to Adam — going the extra mile with vendors is very true to him, and it's great to see it recognised. Thanks again for the recommendation!

Courtney was my agent with my rental apartment from Qube Residential. I was actually very surprised that I was selected for an apartment so modern and spacious - as I was applying alone, but Courtney assured me it was possible. I was then selected to go through the referencing process, which I passed, and now I am very happy living in the apartment. Courtney has been very helpful and responded quickly throughout the referencing process, and helping me overcome a minor problem with the property. I am very grateful with everything, and I would definitely recommend Qube Residential/Courtney to friend or family.

Reply from Qube Residential Manchester: Thank you so much for sharing this lovely story! We're really pleased Courtney could help you secure your apartment and support you smoothly through referencing — and glad to hear you're settled in and happy there. We'll pass on your thanks to her. Thank you for recommending Qube Residential to friends and family!
