Rheann was so helpful during the process of changing my apartment. She was not only very detailed, she was also very responsive when queries were sent. Though there was a push back with my move in date which affected my moving plans. Of course, this was completely of her control. She loves her job and always smiles. New tenant here, Bethany assisted us through the whole process and from viewings to our move in date she was fab. She was always on time, provided all the information and the process was very smooth. She answered all of my questions to the best of the ability. Property is in Bridgewater point, good condition and all inventory was there. Had to replace shower bar when we moved in & engineer came within 48 hours and replaced it really quickly. QUBE residential always answer the phones quickly and always seem very polite on the phone.
