Issues Sorted Very Fast

Would love to give feedback about Shannon specifically, very professional, we had an urgent issue with our fridge/freezer & living room window & Shannon was very responsive and arranged a replacement unit for us, and had the window handle replaced in less than 5 days. Top notch.

Anna

We are due to move into our new apartment at the Adelphi Wharf 2. From only viewing it 2 weeks ago we are set to move in next week. This wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic help of Qubes letting agent Anna. She was patient with us as this was our first time and she helped out with any applications we needed assistance on and was quick and thorough in getting our application status back to us/onto the next step. She is a credit to your team .

Highly recommend

I have recently moved into a new property with my partner and my letting agent Anna has been nothing but the best and has eased all my anxieties at every opportunity. She has never failed to go above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible. Her communication is 11/10 even when we struck IT issues she was on the ball with everything and the company as a whole is amazing and there professionalism is unmatched. I would highly recommend Qube to anyone :)
