I honestly just want to give a huge thank you to Bethany, Rheann & Jonathan. Experienced such a stressful period since moving in. Had to make some unexpected changes but you all communicate effectively with me. Worked tirelessly to find alternative accommodation for me in such a short span of time. Honestly it’s made this move so smooth. I’m just pleased to be settled into my new apartment now! Thank you all once again!

Couldn’t recommend Qube Residential enough! Just finished my tenancy, had no issues throughout whatsoever. Everyone I communicated with at Qube were really helpful & sorted my problems quickly every time.

Rheann was very helpful from the beginning, and enabled the whole process of renting to go smoothly. Everything finished extremely fast. She replied very quickly to all my questions, both on phone and through emails. The whole experience was very stress free and pleasant. Rheann helped us alot with our move from start to finish. friendly and fully transparent with all the details of the tenancy at different stages, knows the answers to all questions I had and replied quickly on email and when I called her. New tenant moving in, excellent experience

I have just started my tenancy with Qube and Rheann has been my point of contact for moving in. Rheann was always quick to respond to any queries, all information/next steps were communicated clearly and in a straight forward manner, and any issues were handled diligently and in a timely fashion. A massive thanks to Rheann for making the process as easy as possible, communication has been excellent. Would highly recommend!

New tenant here, so cannot review based on a full tenancy term, however Bethany assisted me and my friend through the entire move in process from viewings, to referencing and up to the day of moving in and she was amazing. As a very anxious tenant due to awful experiences from other letting agents I always need to know the plan of action and like to be kept thoroughly informed at all times. Bethany was always available at the other end of the line had I had any queries in regard to the tenancy which really calmed my nerves! Communication was 10/10 and myself and my friend knew what we needed to do in plenty of time in advance which helped us be more prepared. My parking permit was issued and posted through my letterbox within the same hour that requested it which was just amazing, (having said it has taken past letting agents *philip james* 6 months to provide me with one…..Like I said, we can’t speak or review based off what it’s like dealing with QUBE as a long term tenant, however the move in process has been absolutely top notch which has filled me with full confidence that we will no doubt be looked after throughout this next 12 months , and we cannot thank Bethany enough!
