First time entering the renting market with my two bedsit properties but Qube have been TOTALLY brilliant in every respect.
Qube, and in particularly my contact Adam, have been a pleasure to work with to get our apartment tenanted.
Kelsey was very responsive and helpful when we reported an issue with our dining chairs. She followed up quickly, arranged a quotation, and coordinated with the owner. The replacement chairs were delivered today and the whole process was handled smoothly. Really appreciate her prompt support and clear communication.
We were able to arrange a holding deposit in a day after our viewing thanks to our estate agent being easy to contact and guiding us through the process.
