Qube Residential have been a pleasure to work with. I deal mostly with the property management team, including Kane, Bethany, Kelsey and a few other stars behind the scenes. They’re always quick to send over job requests which makes my life a lot easier. I can get in touch with tenants right away, book work in fast and keep everything moving without any fuss. From a contractor’s point of view, that kind of efficiency is gold. Communication is clear, everyone is friendly and they genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly for tenants and landlords. It has been a really positive experience working with them and I’m happy to recommend the team.

I recently switched one of my properties to Qube, and it has definitely been a wise decision. The property management team responded promptly and successfully resolved an oven issue that my previous management company had described as unrepairable. It’s been a huge relief. Thank you!
