I have been a tenant with this company for 5 years in the same property, I've been told we need to pay for carpet cleaning for normal wear and tear on the carpet and stefan Bowers has been useless he's taken over with correspondence and he's very slow at replying and getting back to me. It's very upsetting because everyone other then him have been great but really disappointed by the communication and support at the end of my tenancy go elsewhere if you can

Don’t trust them Worst agency ever. The staff are so rude!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I am heavily pregnant and was physically and verbally attacked by the staff member due to me trying to retrieve a parcel from old flat unacceptable and disgusting not the way to treat anyone even if it’s an old tenant.

They don't check tenants (who then go on to not pay rent and cause damage). On selling, they bring round people who the house is not suitable for and forget keys so they can't show the garden. Pretty useless really.

The most unprofessional realtors in the Manchester area. They made me travel all the way from Colchester on a CONFIRMED viewing and canceled it the moment I got off the train at Piccadilly. When I asked for compensation because I bought the train tickets for £100, the manager was rude and said, "report us wherever you like, there's nothing I can do". He then assured me that I could now view the property online but again canceled it and said that the landlord had requested to remove the property from the market!

Attempting to move to England after accepting a job (I am in another country currently). Called the office and staff was very rude and unhelpful in my situation. Told them I had no one in the UK and couldn't get there until I was moving, the man was very aggressive and unhelpful. Do not recommend for non UK residents.
