Not recommend at all. They really do not bother about tenent once they got their tenancy fees. Raised a simple query with them, they took 4 weeks to come back after multiple follow up.

Make sure you rent a house with no problems because even though they say that “Jordan Fiswick will deal with maintenance problems” they don’t care. It’s been months, the issue isn’t fixed. I am tired of sending emails and chasing it up. So think 5 times before letting from Jordan Fishwick

Avoid like a plague. A team of cowboys who put profit over integrity. I never leave reviews and consider myself fair so for me to come on here says all you need to know. Decent during the tenancy but as soon as money came into it literally horrible carry on. Stefan in particular. Please treat your customers with a bit more respect and stop trying to fleece people of their hard earned money. No way to go about any relationship let alone a business relationship. Paid 1.3k in deposit and they have falsified claims to justify not returning my deposit. A lot of money was spent cleaning the property upon me leaving and making sure it was left in the best condition. I took pictures which I’ve included. To try and justify taking my deposit because the property wasn’t “clean” is abhorrent and very dishonest.

Where do I start… Awful experience renting through Jordan Fishwick for 2 and a half years. Constant data protection issues, accidentally sending us personal information meant for other tenants. It was Impossible to get a response from our property manager Stefan, when he did respond to any issues or queries we had it was always at 4.30 on a Friday so he would not have to deal with it when we responded, I suspect this is an intentional practice from the company. They also attempted to take our deposit at the end for issues that already existed in the flat, if you rent through Jordan Fishwick take photos and videos of everything, they will attempt to take your deposit under false pretences. The poor care and standards of the staff is a reflection of the rental market in Manchester, everybody is desperate for a flat so they do not have to treat tenants with respect as somebody will always take the place, be careful dealing with them.
