From the moment I viewed rental properties with Mackay (a few years ago) the lettings staff have always gone above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful. They are always very understanding if there are any issues, their communication is professional and informative and their responses are efficient and quite frankly unbelievably quick and effective! From the first phone call to Mackay they had my attention, Tracey was polite, jovial and more importantly interested in my situation, it felt like someone wanted to help us sell our home and it wasn’t just another day in the office which I found when contacting some of the other agents.
