My block of flats is currently managed by Ringley London, NW1 8PR and despite all the challenges we have been through over the last 11 years my block was converted, after a few hiccups with few agencies, we are luck to have found Ringley and FINALLY a superb agent - Nick Johns - who is looking after us the way i feel he would look after his own personal properties. No emails is left un-responded and issues are addressed swiftly and efficiently with superb professionalism and a no faff attitude. We have had a serious issue on the roof and in the course of 6 weeks, specialists were called in to investigate, a scaffolding was erected and the works we have been waiting for over 6 years to happen finally started with a great result using a genius idea to pierce a wall to direct rain water into the main drain. I cant fault Nick Johns and I will be happy to support Ringley as long as they retain him as i truly believe good agents - often doing thankless tasks! - are the core of every good managing agency. My friend Emma recommended Ringley to me. I'm glad she did. We were struggling self managing - which was good until everyone stopped getting along. We simply didn't know all the law, procedures and pitfalls to protect ourselves properly. Self interest is not the way to run a block flats. It is nice now to have professionals protect us from ourselves.

RIngley have done a brilliant job managing our property. Their expertise was much needed as the building was in a bad state and needed extensive works carried out. Their experience and strong leadership was critical due to differences between freeholders within the building and the work was carried out to a very high standard by the company they employed to do the work. They have also been invaluable to any issues we faced within the building and have always provided a strong and reliable service to all parties. Would highly recommend.

We had tried to self manage but with some owners driven only by self interest and a persistent non payer we knew we needed a Managing Agent. Since finding Ringley everyone is treated with respect and required to observe the covenants in their lease agreement for the greater good. We have a helpful Manager to guide us and who has the time to get all the things that need to be done sorted for us. In truth we shouldn't have struggled so long and it was a fallacy that we were saving money as arrears and repairs were building up. Its nice now to feel comfortable with where you live.

My experience of Ringley has been exceptional. They have been extremely good at understanding complicated individual medical and disability and care issues with huge care and understanding. I would like to particularly mention Adele Roberts, whose customer care and compassion has been outstanding going way beyond anything I’ve experienced from any company before.

Ringley is a highly reliable service provider that looks after their tenants and clients. They’re friendly, professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend.
