I reported a trip hazard to Dilara last week. Within a week she had organised the utility company to have the manhole fixed. 5 start to Dilara for taking the report seriously and arranging the fix. A bit disappointed in previous agents who supposedly used do walk around and who did not notice the collapsed manhole for years. That cover had been tilting more and more for quite sometime.

5 stars for Nusha on the Ringley Team who has been so helpful and responsive to all my enquiries as I moved out of my flat. She recommended a professional cleaner which did an amazing job and assisted to ensure a smooth moving out process. I took off 1 star as we are going through some disputes on our deposit, but Nusha has been ever so helpful and efficient with everything else.

Liam Washington has been fantastic to work with. Finally I am receiving a response and issues are being dealt with. Friendly, professional and stays in communication providing updates when needed. Thank you Liam! Ringley, employ more like him!!
