Just wanted to share some positive feedback about Wayne Morgan-Williams who was proactive in managing our Estate and took steps to address a number of major challenges including ASB on site. He was quick to respond to any queries and goes above and beyond to support. I'd also like to recognise Lee, our Caretaker, (assume he's also employed by Ringley) who also does a great job managing the presentation of the area and is always friendly (even when the dog barks back at him - sorry)! 🙂

Andy has been the most amazing person throughout this whole year that we have lived at Greyfriars in Coventry. He was quick to answer any query we had and always did his best to accommodate our requests. Furthermore, our renting process was more complex than the usual due to our unusual circumstances, but Andy went the extra mile to help us with everything and make us feel welcome and safe. Thank you Andy a million times for looking after us while our paths crossed this past year, and we truly wish you all the best for the future!

Ringley have been looking after our site since 2015, and being brutally honest over the years I have given them quite a hard time. But they have stayed professional diligent and courteous throughout. Our site manager Karl has all times done what is best for the development and I believe should be recognised for such. Our dealings have always been open and honest and I don't think you can ask for any more from a company.

Nathan was extremely helpful in responding to our query, vey professional and understands the need of the hour!!

Joanne was very helpful with any questions or queries we had and made sure we were looked after.
