Having Ringleys as our letting agents for our first move as a couple has been an excellent experience. Everyone on the team have been exceptional, from viewing the property to signing the contracts. I have lived at the Langley square development for 2 and a half years and wanted to highlight our relationship manager, Liam. After communicating with him in regards to service charge he went above and beyond to set up an appointment with me and run through the portal and breakdown. He’s also gone out of his way to help me and my neighbour with a few things regarding car parking and I know other people on the development who always speak highly of him. This is the first manager we’ve had that shows he genuinely cares about the development and all the residents - always walking around and chatting to everyone, encourages us to visit his office whenever we need anything, very responsive (even in the evening or over the weekend!) and nothing is too much of an ask. He is an absolute credit to the company! Thank you so much!

Adele Roberts (at Ringley) has been very responsive to queries about the Bembridge House facilities and has worked hard to address issues as they arise. I am extremely satisfied with the service that has been provided Although the anticipated service charge is somewhat higher than the initial quote, I do not believe that is within her control.

On Sunday 18 December, the weather was atrocious and the rain was exceptionally heavy and the corridor outside my apartment had a very bad leak causing the entire length to be flooded. I would like to say a massive thank you to Byron, Prospect place maintenance Mgr and his team for dealing with this incident professionally and quickly - getting the roof repaired, drying the corridor and my apartment. Byron was on a day off and also not well but still came to the rescue and didn’t leave the apartment till nearly 8pm Amazing service - thank you so much Byron
