I have found London Shared to be an excellent option to take the pressure off me as a landlord. Once signing the property over to them for a fixed period you can more or less forget about it until the contract expires. Jasleen Kaurah ( head of property management) has been fabulous from the start, taking care of the small annoying jobs, often at no charge !! and organising bigger jobs on my behalf swiftly and professionally. If you as a landlord are too busy to take care of things yourself I highly recommend them.

I had experience with this estate agency recently. I wrote them because I had already heard about them professionalism. Liam, the agent, found quickly what I needed. I had a viewing in a short time and I did not hesitate to move in the new accomodation. When I moved I found all clean and all respected our deal. When I need something to improve the quality of the room he was always available. I recommend him at all.

I moved to London last September and straight into a London Shared property. My housemates have become my closest friends and the move was made smooth and seamless by London Shared who were helpful along the way to assist with my transition. They are a really responsive, communicative and friendly bunch of people who are easy to deal with and I have greatly enjoyed my experience.

I contacted London shared through an ad they had up on spare room. Andrew gave me a call and was so great to chat to on the phone and talk me through the available rooms and process. John then showed me a couple of excellent rooms they had and I was very impressed by the properties and presentation of rooms. I didn't end up taking a room in the end but have suggested them to many friends who have used them since. Great business and feel like they actually care about the tenants.
