So this was the first time moving out of the family home and was very daunting to say the least especially with the current economy and housing crisis in great old britain... it was a big learning curve especially with the 'great rates' of rent London and Shepherds Bush has to offer. As you can imagine i could not find a castle with a 4post queen size bed in my budget but i did find an amazing room which was an attic conversion advertised on the sparerooms app managed by Londonshared estate agents. The property manager Miss kaur was such a great help throughout the year giving the best advice possible with my transition of becoming a man lol she was professional with a sense of humour and humanity, very understanding and fair in every possible way. I would definitely recommend her as a property manager for your futur property and would like to say a big thank you, good luck and best wishes..... room 4 pennard road.

London shared has a great quality and variety of properties. I was assisted by Richard who was wonderful throughout the whole viewing and renting process. Just moved in a couple weeks ago, and everything has been amazing so far

I'm currently living in one of London Shared's properties. I find the staff very professional and easy to deal with. My consultant's name is Saba. She is simply the best at communication and making sure that any concerns, as small as they can be, are addressed . She is very proactive and she makes sure we have the most comfortable stay at the house. I highly rate London Shared.

I have lived in accommodation provided by London Shared for the last 34 months. Any problems were dealt with swiftly via the maintenance portal or via email. There is an admin fee for renewing contracts but that's to be expected. Otherwise everything has been easy and trouble free.
