London Shared is definitely one of London's best kept secrets discovered quite by chance, when I was looking for a short term room to rent. Unlike other property rental companies, the team reply to you almost immediately, without you having to constantly chase them, even when you have a problem, however small or, large. Charming, polite and professional, Jasleen and her team, namely Richard, Kate and Jake have been outstanding. Once you try them, you will soon see the difference between their customer service and that of other agents. I can't recommend them more highly!

Having spent an intense week on SpareRoom, Gumtree and Ideal Flatmate with no luck, I was told about London Shared. Within the first 5 minutes Tom sorted me out with 5 properties to view the next day. The best thing was that he was able to take me to all the properties and give me an feel for their locations - perfect if you’re new to London! The worst part was having to decide which one I wanted; Tom listens closely to what you’re looking for and exceeded all my expectations - my budget wasn’t very high so I was shocked by how fantastic they all were. All London Shared properties are high spec with bills included with a weekly cleaner. Admin is done super fast online and any queries Tom answered immediately, so that by the end of the viewing day we’d completed all the agreements and I was ready to move in by the weekend! London Shared was exactly what I needed to settle in the UK! I spent the afternoon with Tom, and viewed a number of stunning properties in all the right areas. One of my friends and I recently moved into a London Shared property about a month ago and we have had an excellent experience so far. All of the staff at London Shared were exceptionally friendly and made the whole process incredible easy. If you ever have a small issue the team are incredibly responsive and do not hesitate to answer any small queries.
