I can't recommend London Shared enough. We have just rented our house to them and their professional, can-do approach made a potentially very stressful situation very straight-forward. From the first visit/valuation through to the finished home ready to let I have been especially impressed by their quick and clear communication. Their attention to detail, comprehensive answers to myriad questions and ability to help source/sort any number of issues have all been great. The final verdict will only come in the future when the house has been managed by them for a while but on the basis of our experience thus far I am very optimistic.

I made a really positive experience with London Shared. I had been looking at properties to rent in South London for 4 weeks and had seen many. My daughter was looking for accommodation in Fulham for her first time away from home. Richard Pessell from Londonshared showed us around several properties (in his cool Fiat 500) and was really helpful. Good quality properties and a straightforward price all in to rent. We ended up taking a flat elsewhere but would come back to Londonshared next time as they were professional and helpful.
