As a returning customer with London Shared, I viewed the property/room that I was interested in on the Saturday, paid the holding deposit later that day, and had the lease agreement prepared and signed by the Monday. 3 days process from start to finish - very efficient solution in the often difficult process of renting a room/property in London, particularly given that this was over a weekend. Liam and Jarrod from London Shared provided a very professional service throughout, answered any questions, and I would be happy to recommend London Shared to friends looking to rent in London.
