I went through Liam and he was extremely helpful even going as far as face timing me in America to view the house as I wasn't going to have time to view the house in person before moving. The properties are of excellent quality and the agency try their very best to make sure all your needs are met. I moved into a London Shared property back in August when I moved to London from Cardiff. I moved to London not knowing many people but already have an amazing network of friends here including my amazing housemates. Any maintenance issues in the house are resolved within a reasonable amount of time and the team are very friendly and responsive - two really important factors! I dealt with Liam who is a fellow kiwi, he was very professional and honest and got back to me which I noticed with other agencies was not always the case. I find Jasleen and the team very easy to deal with. Bundling all the expenses into one monthly fixed bill is useful and saves me the hassle of dealing with utility companies. They have some fantastic properties in great locations.
