My experience of London Shared is very positive. All issues are resolved quickly and with professionalism. The house i am currently staying in is cleaned and maintained to a high level. I would recommend London Shared for accommodation in London.

I've lived with London Shared for over half a year and I really had an amazing experience. The team is always quick to reply and help with anything that they can while the property in itself was constantly kept in good shape. I would highly recommend them!
Had a really pleasant experience with London Shared & Richard today. Absolutely great service over the past couple of days from him and Jamie, in helping me find somewhere to live in my big more across the country!
We (assemblemyflatpack.co.uk) have been working closely with London Shared for many a year now. All the staff have been a pleasure to deal with. Along with any issues swiftly delt with. Highly recomended.
I am currently in the process of securing a room with London Shared - so far the team has been so helpful. Justin has replied to my emails quickly and helped to take the stress out of the process of finding a room.
High spec property, readily accessible and quick to move in. Even provided quick good references a year after moving out. Highly recommend especially if your moving to London for the first time.
Very efficient & friendly guys to deal with. Houses were all well kept & on the market in good time. Jamie showed me around & was flexible with viewings.
Really friendly :-) They have been very responsive when I have had an issue with the house and have tried their best to find solutions. Best experience I have had with letting in London...
I had such a great experience with London Shared. Rich was so professional and thoughtful throughout the whole process and I absolutely LOVE my place!
Even after leaving London Share almost a year ago and requesting a letter of reference, the service was amazing and fast! thanks Jasleen !
About London Shared
When the history of London property gets written, we'd definitely like to be seen as the early visionaries of co-living, the first to really "get it right". Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. Tenants For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
