I have worked with London Shared since 2010 and had an extremely positive experience. Unfortunately this industry has some bad eggs, but London Share certainly do not fall into that category. Jake and Kim have consistently delivered and kept my rooms filled with high quality tenants and managed the entire process with seamless efficiency. I would definitely recommend London Shared to any landlord looking for an efficient, profitable and hassle free renting experience.

I made a really positive experience with London Shared. I got relocated from an other country with my company and I needed a quick, easy, cost effective and professional solution for my accommodation. A friend of mine recommend LS. After I contacted them they organized a few viewings. Luckily I got Liam as an agent. He was really patient when I didn't fall in love with the first 5 rooms and apts. He kept showing me the different locations until we found the perfect one for me. I could recognize he has lot of experience with clients and he knows how to match their expectations and find the perfect room for them. I recommend Liam and London Shared. Even after 3 months renting I know it was the right decesion!

I can't recommend London Shared enough. We have just rented our house to them and their professional, can-do approach made a potentially very stressful situation very straight-forward. From the first visit/valuation through to the finished home ready to let I have been especially impressed by their quick and clear communication. Their attention to detail, comprehensive answers to myriad questions and ability to help source/sort any number of issues have all been great. The final verdict will only come in the future when the house has been managed by them for a while but on the basis of our experience thus far I am very optimistic.

Highly recommend working with London Shared to get sorted. I secured my room from abroad and they matched me up with the perfect housemates and as expected fabulous property. Zero hassle involved , any thing you could possibly need is requested through your property manager. Saba has been great for ant queries. Genuinely would have no hesitation in recommending to get settled in London , made my life so much easier.

Jasleen has been excellent throughout the lease and when I left. Overall I didn't want to leave but the Landlord required the property back. However, they did try to find alternative accommodation. Thanks

Being in the property industry myself, I know that I am probably the nightmare renter, but Richard was amazing and not only showed me great places, but also humored me when I got him to stomp up and down the stairs, bang doors ... all the essential tests I've learnt to do, so that I know what I'd be in store for when living there.
