Geovana has been our property manager at Stormont Road since I have moved in the property around 1.5 years ago. During this time, Geovana has been very helpful to me and my housemates providing assistance for any repairs or issues which have arisen within the property. By far one of the most personable, professional and honest agents I've met to date is Tom Hewitt from LS. I've dealt with a few housing firms over the last couple of years, and I can honestly say I've never been so impressed with the service I received. I'm not one to ever really leave a review, but on this occasion I think it's thoroughly deserved. It's actually refreshing when an agent tell's you "No, I don't think we should see that house, it's not right for you, let's try these" instead of forcing everything down your throat and trying to close a quick deal. Tom listened to my frustrations with my current agency and housemates, and was able to offer a range of options that ticked all the box's. It got to the point where the only negative was that I'd loved nearly all of them and had make a hard decision to pick! Superb houses at fair prices, all with excellent finishes. The type of place you'd be proud to call home and want to invite your friends over to. I would strongly recommend Tom from London Shared as your first point of call before you look elsewhere. London shared does a really good job. I had an amazing room with an enormous space, which I enjoyed staying a lot during my 2.5 year tenancy. Most importantly I got to know great housemates, they have been very friendly & fun. Special thanks to Geovana Teran, you’ve been so helpful throughout my long tenancy period. My property is let by London Shared and Saba is the Manager of the property. I am overjoyed with the way she runs everything connected to the let. She is delightful to deal with, charming and patient at all times. What ever the problem is she never gives up until it is solved. She is hugely helpful and negotiates well with the tenants. As a Landlord I fine her very easy to communicate with by e mail or phone. She makes my life easy. Payments for rent are always on time. I cannot praise her enough and she is an asset to the Company. Just started renting a room with London Shared and Tom Hewitt has been the most helpful and lovely agent to deal with. Any questions I have he always got back to me straight away and helped me choose when I couldn’t decide which room I liked more there all that nice, very helpful! The room I picked itself is gorgeous, spacious and very modern. The process of renting a room is really easy and fast as it’s electronic which means you can read the contract in your own time. Would highly recommend London shared to anyone who is looking to rent a property in London!

London Shared is the best property management company in London. I lived in their property for more than 6 months (moved out for personal reasons), and they were always so responsive whenever we had any issues. They would resolve any issues in very professional and quick manner. And most importantly, after renting with London shared, I found its very hard to find the rooms of the same quality. The rooms can be priced slightly higher, but you get what you pay. I enjoyed sharing the house with young professionals, cooking dinner together in our open plan kitchen, having movie nights in our comfy lounge area and having summer drinks in our outside garden area. Overall great experience. and I highly recommend London Shared if you are after high quality rooms that are professionally managed.
