We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Peter. He was brilliant throughout the sale of our house and also went above and beyond helping us secure our new home. He was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, and there were countless voice notes between us as things unfolded. Peter extensive experience allowed him to be one step ahead of the process and to help us find the right buyers for our situation (we had multiple offers). He and Osh were thoughtful of the disruption of showing multiple families round our home and giving us feedback straight away so we felt in the loop. One of the things we appreciated most was how Peter took the time to go through the selling strategy and didn't just come in with the highest expected asking price to woo us but was honest and candid (throughout the entire process). Peter was also a huge help to us when navigating + securing our onward house purchase (which was much more turbulent than selling!) Buying and selling a house is never straightforward, but having Peter alongside us made a huge difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him (& have done). Osh was also a great help and support when Peter was on holiday and Lauretta to help keep things moving. This is the second time we've worked with Location Location as well as my sister-in-law and countless friends I've recommended them too. They're a great team, and Peter is excellent.

How do I even begin! Anna, Lauretta, Drew and the team have been absolute superstars(!!) when selling my place in Leyton. After 2 buyers pulled out from a different estate agent, I reached out to Location Location for their help and they absolutely saved my life! Anna is super knowledgeable about the property market and makes the whole listing process a complete breeze, so lovely, friendly and supportive throughout, while Lauretta’s work on progressing the sale was incredible and she put so much hard work in with both myself and my buyers to make it happen. As a first time buyer the process of purchasing my first property was completely new for me. From my first viewing all the was to completion LL were very knowledgeable and always approachable.
