Cannot rate our experience with Location Loaction more highly. We managed to get to know most of the team through scores of viewings and liked them so much that we ended up swapping our previous agents for Location Location to sell our flat as well. Buying and selling property in the UK is an absolute nightmare, but they consistently made it a more human and enjoyable experience. Look no further, you've found the best agents in town!

The team at Location Location went above and beyond during the sale of our property. From thoughtfully arranging viewings around our schedule to even helping assemble a key piece of furniture! (Shout out Tim!) We particularly liked their Street app, which allowed us to view all potential buyers, their buying positions & viewing feedback in one place. It’s almost hard to write a review as there as too many good things to say!! Our sale fell through at one point and we genuinely never worried as we were so confident in the teams’ ability to find another buyer and get us through to the end stage, which they did. Peter May was our agent and communicated with us the whole way through, ensuring we were never left in the dark at any stage. I have since recommended Location Location to many friends and would absolutely sell our next property through them with complete confidence.

He took the time to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for, then showed us a range of beautiful homes - we were genuinely spoilt for choice. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from searching to making offers, always ensuring we understood what was required of us at every stage. He's such a force for good - exactly the person you want around when you're house hunting! We then had an equally fantastic experience with Lauretta. Once our offer was accepted, she managed everything between the solicitors and the rest of the chain, making sure all the pieces stayed connected and that the process always made sense to us. Looking to rent a home is always a stressful process and I am so glad I walked into Location Location's office and met Jas who assured me he had found a home which was perfect for me and my family. Kristina and Jas support us through the process, keeping us updated and being patient with our many queries. They have a really helpful viewing booking system which is easy to use. I think landlords can be confident in using their services. On another note, they have a really nice office space( which transforms during Christmas) with a lovely approach to clients.

We've recently moved into a rental managed by Location Location and the team have been really speedy and helpful during the whole process. We had a few hiccups, especially with the maintenance of the property, but Megan was on it with helping us get things sorted as quickly as possible. I'd recommend them for sure. And a shout-out to Kristina for helping us find our new place!
