I’ve sold a few properties and dealt with a lot of agents, and Location Location Estate Agents are by far the best I’ve worked with. Peter (Sales Director) came in with a clear strategy and gave a completely honest, no-BS valuation. Other agents priced the property higher, but it would have stalled the sale, Peter got it right. He’s responsive, respectful, and just a genuinely good person to deal with. Lauretta was also incredible. She handled the sales progression and worked relentlessly with the buyers to get everything over the line in a tight timeframe. Always available, always on it, and I felt properly listened to throughout. The whole team was efficient and easy to work with. If you’re selling in N16, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re not the cheapest, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

We spent almost a year searching for a house and just wish we’d met the team at Location Location earlier in our journey. The London house-buying process teaches you, very early, to be suspicious of estate agents. But then Location Location aren’t regular estate agents and we had to unlearn everything. Peter, Lauretta, Ella and the rest of the team were fantastic. They were proactive, communicative, friendly and made the entire process stress-free. Navigating the London property market can be incredibly draining, but dealing with Peter, Lauretta and Ella was a breath of fresh air.
