Location Location - Stoke Newington

Estate Agents that will change all of your perceptions of Estate Agents. The whole team are brilliant and from start to finish we felt that they really looked after us and Peter really had the expertise to sell our flat over asking price in stagnant market. He really knows his stuff with no fluff - Peter and Drew are both brilliant, and easy to reach and unlike other agents they have the most proactive Sales Agent to really push your sale through. Lauretta we couldn't have done it without you - your relentless determination is such an asset to the agency - our sale had lots of complications and delays but having someone pushing internally across both sides ensured we hit the deadline before the mortgage offer expired. Wouldn't hesitate in using Location Location again - there is a reason they are the best in the area and it's largely due to such a knowledgeable and competent team!

Great experience with Peter, Drew and team with our house purchase - had genuine market knowledge, were very proactive with moving things forwards and always did what they said they were going to. We'd use them again!

Lauretta, Ella and the team at Location Location were absolutely brilliant from the first viewing. They were communicative and responsive throughout and offered support and expertise in completing on our sale. I would highly recommend them

Oisin (Osh) was a fantastic agent to work with. Affable and amenable, but also thorough and very professional. I felt in safe hands as a first time buyer navigating the flat purchase process for the first time. He was always available to answer questions and proactively came to me ahead of things to do so that there were no surprises. If you are able to ask for him personally when working with these agents, I reccomend you do so!

They’re the BEST! I’ve used LL for over a decade now. First when renting and now as a landlord. Vicky B, Jazz & Kristina are the best. Such great coms, really lovely agents, they work with you so you form a great team and relationship. I’d highly recommend them.

What can I say. I live in a beautiful place, thanks to Location Location. Thank you to the entire team, especially Osh, Lauretta and Peter.

I had an excellent experience buying my first home with Location Location. Oisin, Lauretta and the whole team supported me throughout what was a long and challenging process, always showing care, professionalism and genuine commitment. They were incredibly reassuring and supportive, making the experience feel humane, personal and built on trust, rather than transactional — as I have unfortunately experienced with other estate agents. Their kindness, responsiveness and attention to detail made a real difference. When I finally received the keys to my flat, I was delighted to find my front door beautifully decorated as a welcome gesture. This thoughtful touch perfectly reflected the level of care and attention to detail shown by the entire team. I had such a positive experience with Location Location and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Oisin, Lauretta and the whole team, for helping make this important milestone so special!

Oshe and Drew were brilliant throughout our house purchase! Consistent communication throughout and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👌 …

We completed our sale with Location Location (LL) last week. The whole process went incredibly smoothly -- much more than we had expected, and to a point that we were actually a little surprised! We found LL at the first place through a recommendation from a neighbour whom we didn't even know at the time. She told us that LL had completely changed her view of estate agent as being "flashy and dodgy". Having been through the whole process ourselves now, I can totally see where she is coming from and I would happily pass the recommendation on to others in exaclty the same way. Drew was our main agent throughout the sale and has been absolutely wonderful: knowledgable, approachly and always extremely helpful. We also had help from Osh, Amanda and others in the team along the way, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They really took care of the whole process, from big things like finding us the right buyer to all the little things that come up during the long process of a property sale. The only shame is that we are now moving out of the area and LL is a local firm! If you need to do anything with your property and you're lucky enough to be within their area, I would wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with them.
