I’ve sold a few properties and dealt with a lot of agents, and Location Location Estate Agents are by far the best I’ve worked with. Peter (Sales Director) came in with a clear strategy and gave a completely honest, no-BS valuation. Other agents priced the property higher, but it would have stalled the sale, Peter got it right. He’s responsive, respectful, and just a genuinely good person to deal with. Lauretta was also incredible. She handled the sales progression and worked relentlessly with the buyers to get everything over the line in a tight timeframe. Always available, always on it, and I felt properly listened to throughout. The whole team was efficient and easy to work with. If you’re selling in N16, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re not the cheapest, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

The team at Location Location went above and beyond during the sale of our property. From thoughtfully arranging viewings around our schedule to even helping assemble a key piece of furniture! (Shout out Tim!) We particularly liked their Street app, which allowed us to view all potential buyers, their buying positions & viewing feedback in one place. It’s almost hard to write a review as there as too many good things to say!! Our sale fell through at one point and we genuinely never worried as we were so confident in the teams’ ability to find another buyer and get us through to the end stage, which they did. Peter May was our agent and communicated with us the whole way through, ensuring we were never left in the dark at any stage. I have since recommended Location Location to many friends and would absolutely sell our next property through them with complete confidence.
