Maximum incompetence in this agency, after 6 years, I and the owner of the house, ended the collaboration with them. It is very difficult to solve the problems in the house, but if you are one day late paying the rent, they immediately call you.
Arranged a valuation with James, no one showed up. I called and was told he was double booked. They didn't even have the decency or courtesy to call or explain this had happened as I had booked time off.
Didn't turn up to an arranged viewing, didn't communicate after to apologise or re-arrange, despite me emailing the agent who failed to turn up. Even better, I thought let's give this a go again, attempted to arrange another viewing for another property and still waiting 3 days later for a call back to arrange a viewing. You would think you know your access arrangements when putting a property on the market or at least ring back to let people know with 3 working days. Beyond this, if you do complain and ask for the name of the member of staff your speaking with, they lie and tell you a different name. Says it all really.

Neil, sales manager from the Tottenham & Haringey branch started putting pressure on us to complete within a set period of time which is fair, but the problem was his attitude and rudeness towards his customers. He has a lack of professionalism and manners. He even called seller a compulsive liar in different opportunities to be able to shake off the responsibility of his office miscommunication. Just before exchanging contracts, Neil would not return calls and that is the reason why the transaction was delayed and to make things worse, when the transaction was completed and went to collect keys, my client realised that the seller had just had COVID and had informed the agency to pass the message on to us which never happened, putting us at risk by being in the house without taking the necessary precautions. A star is not even deserved for the poor quality of the service we received. Saying that these guys are a fraud is probably the best compliment I can spare. Take your deposit and do not return it. They do everything to delay and complicate the rental of a property.
STOP putting your flyers through my N15 postcode letterbox, and leaving them half hanging out!!!! (I have a sign clearly stating ‘No junk mail’) Thus letting all my heating out and and giving thieves the green light there is no one at home. If this happens again I shall put something unwanted through your door!
