Just before exchanging contracts, Neil would not return calls and that is the reason why the transaction was delayed and to make things worse, when the transaction was completed and went to collect keys, my client realised that the seller had just had COVID and had informed the agency to pass the message on to us which never happened, putting us at risk by being in the house without taking the necessary precautions.
