I RENTED A STUDIO FLAT IN SOMERSET GARDENS WHITE HART LANE FROM KINGS GROUP TOTTENHAM 6TH OF FEBRUARY 2020 AND NOW THINKING THE WORST 12 MONTH'S OF MY LIFE IS BEHIND ME HERE COMES A £1279 CLAIMS OF DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY FLOOR AND FOR CLEANING SERVICES. THIS WAS THE SAME PROPERTY THAT HAD NO TOILET DOOR AND HEATER PLUS RAIN WATER LEAKAGE FROM WINDOWS AND WALLS THAT DAMAGED THE WHOLE PROPERTY YET INSTEAD OF APOLOGISING FOR THE NIGHTMARE I WENT THROUGH FOR THE PAST 12 MONTH KINGS GROUP ARE ON THE SIDE OF A SHAMELESS AND CROOKED LANDLADY WHO'S ONLY AIM IS TO SCAMM ME OF ONE LAST PAYDAY. THIS IS SCAMM AND FRAUD TO TAKE MONEY THAT YOU CLEARLY NEED TO REDOCORATE THE PROPERTY AND IN THAT PROCESS PRODUCE A FAKE INVOICE.NegativeProfessionalism

I am sorry you feel that Kings lettings have not provided a good service for you however we do manage the property on behalf of your Landlord. Any repairs reported to us are always passed onto the Landlord for authorisation before we can arrange contractors.
At the end of your tenancy a full inventory checkout is carried out where the property is compared to the condition at the start of the property. Your Landlord has the right to claim for any damages they believe are fair, you have the right to dispute this and a claim will be sent to the deposit scheme who your deposit is protected by. All evidence will then be adjudicated and the deposit paid out on the decision made by an unbiased deposit scheme.
You have been provided with the Landlords claim and have been given instruction on how to respond with your dispute direct with the deposit scheme
