They are not giving proper information to tenants and taking people money for no reason the referencing agency which they are working with is not proffessional and they have no clue of whats happening right now with the covid 19 every aspect of life has changed due to this pandemic however the paper work and documents should stay the same its black and white and not adjusted to the current situation. I am really dissappointed with the service they have provided and will never ever use them again. Please, people watch out with this agencyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Dear Gyula. I am sorry to read your review and have had a brief conversation with those involved. On the face of it does appear that your review is perhaps a little harsh as although I appreciate your application to rent has been unsuccessful, the facts are that you did not meet the criteria to rent as set by our third party referencing agency. We did suggest alternatives to enable you application to pass but unfortunately you were unable to provide what was required. All monies have been refunded to you today. Not good I'm afraid. They don't really care about this area, coming back uninvited and putting up their "Let and managed" boards outside mine and other's property. Besides ruining my front wall, just take a look at all their discarded boards around the place. Please stop putting up let and managed boards on properties that you haven’t let out in the last year.

Hi Cathy. I am sorry to hear this and will look into your issues if you can give me some more details. Perhaps you could email me the addresses of where you feel we are not entitled to have a board up and I will of course have it removed. With regards to deposit returns, I can’t comment on your friends experience without more information but we are bound by the obligations set by the Tenancy Deposit Schemes and as members of The Property Ombudsman and ARLA, we are always happy to corporate with a disputes that arise.
