Perhaps you could email me the addresses of where you feel we are not entitled to have a board up and I will of course have it removed. With regards to deposit returns, I can’t comment on your friends experience without more information but we are bound by the obligations set by the Tenancy Deposit Schemes and as members of The Property Ombudsman and ARLA, we are always happy to corporate with a disputes that arise.
