John Payne were excellent from beginning to end. Claire showed us a flat we hadn't planned to see but that we feel in love with. She and the team then worked really hard on all the processes of the sale. She was a real support as we were first time buyers, we really appreciated all the patient phone calls, sound advise and endless chasing on our behalf. Really excellent - would 100% use them again.

Chris (the branch manager) was very professional from the start. We hadn’t moved for 32 years and so needed his expertise and experience. But it was the whole team who supported us from day 1. When we received our offer they supported us for the best deal and worked with the agents for the purchase of our new home.
