On the face of it does appear that your review is perhaps a little harsh as although I appreciate your application to rent has been unsuccessful, the facts are that you did not meet the criteria to rent as set by our third party referencing agency. We did suggest alternatives to enable you application to pass but unfortunately you were unable to provide what was required. All monies have been refunded to you today.
