Will was great in helping sort out the details. A lot of agents end up being just key guardians but Will added a lot of value when things got a little messy due to issues with 3rd parties. All in Will and the office were a great help to the whole process.

Very positive experience with John Payne Lee Branch. We purchased a house sold through John Payne, Will and Chris was incredibly helpful through the whole process, from start to very end, quality services and very care and promote reply all my enquiries (which was complicated due to COVID-19 issues!).
