I drove all the way from London and they were very unprofessional, rude and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. I don’t usually write reviews for places, however, this was the exception as I felt their professionalism and service was very below sub-par. I drove nearly an hour to come here and after a few minutes was made to feel extremely disappointed. I would avoid this place.NegativeProfessionalism

Absolute scam artists. Dodgy and unprofessional. Wanted back hand money to give me a property and when refused they decided not to give me the property. Absolute crooks and I would advise not buying a house with these estate agents.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

It really takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but OZ managed it. Level of customer service that maybe a non-mainstream chicken / burger shop could get away with, but not Estate Agents. Steer clear.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
