From the onset we met Ben for our house valuation. Ben was very professional and exuded confidence which in turn made us confident to choose Manning and Stainton. In the main we have been dealing with Deborah and so far she has kept us informed at all stages. We are only at the beginning of our journey with M&S and look forward to continuing the great relationship to exchange of contracts.

Briony is currently dealing with the house we are purchasing and the communication has been very efficient, professional and concise so far.

We’ve found Manning Stainton to be professional and helpful throughout our purchase. Deborah in particular has always been quick to respond and assist with any questions we’ve had, which we’ve really appreciated.

Emma has gone out of her way to accommodate an old computer dinosaur who doesn't even like telephones!!!!

Briony has been excellent so far! She has been super efficient and helpful. I know that if I have any questions she will always be on hand to help which is exactly what a first time buyer needs!

I recently bought a house through Manning Stainton and Debbie Cundill-Houghton was my point of contact. I could not have been more satisfied, she was friendly efficient and professional throughout and i would definitely use Manning Stainton and Debbie again if I ever move again

Excellent service! Emma came to complete the valuation on our house and made the whole process really easy. This was our first time putting a property on the market, and Emma and the rest of the team made everything seamless and stress-free, even managing to squeeze us in after a cancellation and really speeding up the process. We were thrilled with the result — receiving offers at and above market price in under a week! Deborah is continuing to support us through the process and keeps us regularly updated, which we really appreciate.

Very good viewing with Mel! I highly recommend this agent.

We used Manning Stainton, Pudsey to sell our property and also in our search for our next home. Georgia was our named colleague in branch and was very proficient throughout the whole process. Nothing was any trouble for her and she kept us updated and was quick to answer any queries we had. Thank you Georgia!
