House SSTC in a short time which was great. However only recieved feedback from one viewing. They asked us to move out as someone else in the chain wanted to move quick. Free EPC was part of the deal but I had to fight to get this done. My emails were not responded to for days nor were emails from the upper chains agent Chain broke and we were not made aware. Were told to leave all keys in the property as they had a key from the viewings to give to the new owner. On completion recieved a call to ask for keys as they had lost the key to give to the new owner Wouldn't use Connells again

Doing nothing, taking commission. Branch manager is very rude and no courtesy to communicate with client. He will promise everything in the beginning to get the listing, once he get the deal then he disappears from the loop. Please use other agency, this whole team is a night mare.
