House SSTC in a short time which was great. However only recieved feedback from one viewing. They asked us to move out as someone else in the chain wanted to move quick. Free EPC was part of the deal but I had to fight to get this done. My emails were not responded to for days nor were emails from the upper chains agent Chain broke and we were not made aware. Were told to leave all keys in the property as they had a key from the viewings to give to the new owner. On completion recieved a call to ask for keys as they had lost the key to give to the new owner Wouldn't use Connells againNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENCY IF YOU CAN!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Connells Stevenage. After agreeing on a price for a house and being assured it would be taken off the market, I proceeded with my mortgage broker and solicitor. However, the agency continued to hold viewings, and a week later, I was informed that someone else had made a higher offer. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our agreement was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience."

Incredibly unprofessional. Want all your details under the pretence of viewing a house that is actually Sold STC but they don’t update Rightmove or their website. Data farming pure and simple.
