They are the best real estate agency I have come across in London, and I think I have dealt with all of them. Very professional, helped during all the process up to exchange. The process was very slow because of unexpected issues but they have handled things perfect and I manage to purchase the flat. I strongly recommend them. Recently used JLL to rent an apartment. Highly recommend Izzie and the team at the Nine Elms office for any rentals. A fully professional service from a dedicated team who were invested in helping me find the right place. Izzie went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth sailing. Extremely helpful throughout, and even after completion of signed contracts, was there to offer help and guidance. The whole experience was stress free and the easiest move I've made!

Securing of a tenant
JLL, in particular Joanna Chamiola Phillips and Keelie Field, provided an excellent service in securing of a tenant. They were very customer focused in keeping me well informed and notified at every step in the process and always responded to any questions that I had, via email and WhatsApp. They were incredibly professional in bringing everything together in incredibly short period of time, and suffice to say, I cannot thank them enough for their time and service.
