Xavier was excellent in our flat hunt! Got us in for a viewing and pushed paperwork through for a very quick turnaround. Very friendly and always happy to help, couldn’t recommend more!
I went through a lengthy process to get a complicated tenancy approved and JLL’s Xav was very helpful to get it all approved. In the end I ended up taking another property and they were very understanding. 5* for effort and service!

Purchased through Ryder & Dutton (Royton) and was very pleased with the service they provided. Michaela, Emmy, Naomi and Oliver was great with communication and very proactive in ensuring that the process moved smoothly. All queries were answered quickly and they were a superb point of liaison between myself, the seller and the relevant conveyancing team. I felt fully-informed throughout and also that they was completely on top of things, in contrast with other estate agents I have used in the past.
