I feel rest assured that my property will be kept up to date with required regulations, regular checks and updates. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with.
