I can’t recommend Neil and Kellie at the Hornchurch branch highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my house. From the very start, they’ve been friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and keep me updated throughout the process. Their professionalism and dedication really stand out, and they’ve made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. When other agents have been pushy HB have been the complete opposite. An excellent team and truly outstanding estate agents!

I was dealing with Charlotte Roberts throughout buying our property, and its the best service we have received in an estate agent before, Charlotte was very thorough and it was a really difficult purchase which went on for around 16 months in from when we initially put an offer in.
Each hurdle we came across Charlotte was very helpful and always did her upmost, she was required to be a lot more involved then most agents generally would to help close everything near the end
