Houseman Properties are a super firm to deal with. We had a fairly complicated tenancy situation to sort out (finding accommodation for a newly-arrived refugee family that we are sponsoring) and Emma at Houseman was friendly, efficient and very helpful from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better service from a letting agent.

We are plumbing and heating contractors that have worked with Houseman for the last couple of years. We’ve found them to be very organised and honest letting agents, always striving to do the right thing by their contractors, landlords and tenants. When we speak with the tenants on the job, they always say how friendly Houseman are and easy to communicate with. It’s a shame I can’t give 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma and Raphael are very professional, supportive and always available. We had an amazing experience with their agency. From start to the end, they ensured that everything is handled meticulously. Whenever we faced any problems, they responded immediately and sorted it. Even after we left the property, we requested an end of tenancy letter which was provided promptly.
