Base Property Services have been my managing agents for my rental flat for 5 years and i highly recommend them. As a tenant they are a great liaison between myself and landlord. Nothing is too much trouble & on the rare occasion a problem arises they are always prompt to respond and deal with any issue. I used BASE previously for 5years on a rental property and on my current tenancy (which commenced just after ‘lockdown’ ) i literally docusigned & had the keys within 24hrs which is an incredible achievement & shows how efficient they are as a company.
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Thank you James for the high praise. It's been great to have you as a tenant in multiple properties - an honour to have you return to us after your first positive experience!
