Having since been with Base from April 2014, I have also been impressed by the maintenance service given by Andy - prompt communication and resolution of issues, which has given me peace of mind that the flat is being well-maintained whilst I am abroad. Very satisfied with my choice of letting agent and would be very confident recommending them to anyone.
