I have found base to be a safe pair of hands to look after my property. They are highly proficient and they are human in the way they treat people. They handle everything; the accounts & invoices, maintenance and tenant / block  relationships -taking away the worry for me as a landlord. They give sound advice and I am able to get the most out of my investment.  I highly recommend them.

Really warm staff, very clear communication and let us know exactly what was required each step of the process. I would personally have preferred less individual contact per issue and have matters requiring action grouped more effectively, but it certainly did make for clear processes.

The agency was very helpful and any questions or enquiries I had were answered promptly and explained clearly.

The lady who answered the phone put me off working with this company. I found her to be unprofessional and she wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying, even stopping our conversation to take another call, which actually sounded personal rather than work related
