I have found base to be a safe pair of hands to look after my property. They are highly proficient and they are human in the way they treat people. They handle everything; the accounts & invoices, maintenance and tenant / block relationships -taking away the worry for me as a landlord. They give sound advice and I am able to get the most out of my investment. I highly recommend them.

Really warm staff, very clear communication and let us know exactly what was required each step of the process. …
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Hi Toby- great review and glad you were overall really happy. We’re always looking to improve to deliver excellence- could you elaborate more on the ‘grouping of issues’ or would it be ok for one of our team to call you so we can understand this feedback better and hopefully improve this process you had with us?
