Lovely people to deal with very helpful
Since we changed to Base to manage our property four years ago, we have been extremely impressed with their professionalism through some challenging issues. Kristjan, An and Andy have worked above and beyond - always very efficient, responsive and communicative we have been very happy and confident that our house is in good hands. Recommend them most highly. Thanks
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Many thanks Stephen for writing such a lovely review and delighted that we continue to impress by going above and beyond as, indeed, we always intend to.
I've been using Base Property to manage our flat in Shoreditch for nearly 10 years and still think they are the best in the business. They genuinely care about the property which is something most agents rarely do. We live abroad so its great to have total peace of mind and know that the tenants are in safe hands. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Nick its great to hear that one of our longest serving clients is so happy. We work hard to do things differently but its great tro see that we havent disappointed in 10 years. Thanks for the very kind words and for taking the time to write this.
I was initially impressed by the advice offered by An when checking out which letting agent to use, she not only offered plenty of information about Base services but also other impartial advice about letting in general. Having since been with Base from April 2014, I have also been impressed by the maintenance service given by Andy - prompt communication and resolution of issues, which has given me peace of mind that the flat is being well-maintained whilst I am abroad. Very satisfied with my choice of letting agent and would be very confident recommending them to anyone.

Base have embraced the needs of both tenant and landlord and work tirelessly to serve both. I would definately recommend them.
