Base Property Specialists

I was lucky enough to use Base when searching for a flat after relocating to London from New York. I've had some bad experiences with agents in the past, so Base has been a breath of fresh air. They have been responsive, accommodating, and committed to providing the best services possible for both tenants and landlords. They very clearly have a great team of people who genuinely care about what they do, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Best estate agent I have ever used! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, very happy with the help I received from the team

Very friendly staff well informed off the area Jan was very helpful.

Jan was very friendly and helpful!

Would highly recommend Michael J Chapman. Very helpful and pleasant people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go over and above to make the whole experience as smooth and stress free for you as possible.

Very helpfull. Great staff.

Absolutely loved working with BASE in the search for our home. They've figured out how to make all of the usual pain-points associated with Estate Agents disappear. Their small team is really agile, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly - true professionals that you'd want to make your friends.

I have been dealing with Base, and in particular Kristjan at Base for around 2 years , in a professional capacity. I have found Kristjan to be incredibly driven, and totally committed to offering the best possible experience to the people that come in to contact with his business. One thing that really stood out to me was his full commitment to look after the interests of his tenants as well of that of his landlords. I can see how Base has become so successful in a relatively short space of time. Committed to customer service, and a great team of people. Keep it up guys :)
