I have rented the same property through base for around 5 years now and have always been impressed with their hands on approach and excellent customer service, however in the past 12 months they have excelled themselves in particularly Andy Tucknott. Being on hand after having to temporally vacate the property last year, due to redecoration following a leak to literary saving last Christmas, when the fridge broke a few days before. Resolving any issues raised, whether large or small with professionalism and a understanding of the tenants needs. Well done Base.
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Daniel, thanks ever so much for taking the time to write such a fantastc review. We love great Tenants and you definitely tick that box! It is amazing to see that we have not only maintained, but improved, your impression of our company over a 5 year period- I dont think there are many agents that can boast this!
