So impressed with Greg’s promptness to list and find suitable tenants for our properties and he also takes great care in preparing all the relevant paperwork associated with the tenancy. Top man! Would highly recommend you to other landlords.
Greg is an extremely efficient and enthusiastic letting agent who has been finding the right tenants for our properties. Top agent.
We live about 4.5 hours drive from Llanelli, which makes for a few extra problems buying a house there, but Greg made it all much easier - friendly, helpful and professional throughout - from a facetime tour of the property to make sure all was well when we hadn't been able to visit for few weeks to help with distributing the keys to builders even after the purchase had gone through - and it wasn't even a very big value sale. Highly recommended.
