Very reasonable rates with no hidden fees. Greg is professional and very easy to speak and deal with . Greg has found wonderful Tenants for two of my properties quickly . Would recommend silver oak to anyone looking to let , total peace of mind . Thank you .

Easy to deal with but sometimes slow at replying. Tenancy was not explained fully when Moved in so didn't understand reporting issues. Was left without hot water for 2 days. Never did any visits to property in the 8 months I lived there. But invoices always sent to email which was handy

However, since your tenancy was fully transferred to us from the previous estate agency just five months ago, the previous agency was still responsible for providing an explanation of the tenancy contract and conducting inspections up until the completion of the transfer. Did everything they wanted with approval ect ,once the property was not available they just dropped us and wasn't really bothered with finding another property.
